Bug Bam Return Policy?

The return policy for Bug Bam is as follows:

All Bug Bam Products are warranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30-days from the date of sale. An exchange or refund is provided for unopened product/s only, and any returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded.

If the Bug Bam product was purchased in a retail store, the product must be returned to that store in accordance with their refund policies. Refunds are not honored for products not purchased on the Bug Bam website.
